What payment methods are accepted?

The San Lorenzo Hotel accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard, Satispay, cash or bank transfer.

Can I get information and book activities at the hotel?

Our reception staff is at your complete disposal both to provide you with all the information you need and to advise and accompany you in the purchase of the various experiences Casentino has to offer, thanks to a well-established network of collaboration between companies.

Are there smoking/non-smoking rooms?

All rooms as well as all common areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Please report special needs to the front desk, which can direct you to rooms with balconies or direct outside access for those who require a smoking area.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in the rooms for an additional charge of €5.00/day for extra cleaning. In common areas, pets may always be on a leash and accompanied by their owner.

Can I reach the hotel by car?

You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel, where you will find ample public parking.

Are the rooms accessible to people with mobility disabilities?

The San Lorenzo has two double rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, we encourage you to always indicate this need when making your reservation.

What time can I check in?

Guests can check in from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Different requirements can be arranged in advance with the front desk.

What time should I vacate the room?

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10 a.m. . However, it is possible to leave luggage in storage at the reception for those who wish to leave Poppi later.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, all our rates include breakfast, including savory, gluten free and veg alternatives.

Is a gluten free alternative available for breakfast?

Yes, we offer various gluten free alternatives. Please report any intolerances or special dietary needs at the front desk so that we can best serve you.
